3. Name of the Register

The register of the contact form of Darling Oy.

4. Purpose of Processing Personal Data 

Personal data may be used for contact purposes, and for directing Darling Oy’s marketing and advertising. Personal data will not be disclosed to external parties.
 

5. Content of the Register 

The register may include the following information: name, email address, phone number, organisation, title, time and place of joining the register, and website usage behaviour.
 

6. Regular Sources of Data 

The source of data for the register is the contact form on Darling Oy’s website. 
 

7. Regular Disclosures of Data 

Darling Oy may disclose customer data within the limits permitted and required by applicable law. 

8. Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA


Data may also be transferred outside the EU or EEA. The data may be located outside the borders of Finland or the EU in data warehouses owned by service providers leased by Darling Oy. 

9. Principles of Register Protection 

Personal data are kept confidential. The network and hardware on which the register resides at Darling are protected by a firewall, password protection and other necessary technical measures.
 

10. Right to Check and Correct Data 

Under Section 26 of the Personal Data Act, the data subject has the right to inspect the personal data stored about them in the register. A request for inspection must be made in writing and signed, and sent to the contact person named above. One inspection request per year is free of charge.

Under Section 29 of the Act, the data subject also has the right to request correction of incorrect data. In a request for correction, the incorrect data must be identified and the corrected data given. The written request must be sent to the contact person above. 

11. Deletion of Data 

A data subject may request that the data concerning them in the register be deleted.
