Grant Thornton is one of the world’s leading audit, tax and advisory firms, helping organisations grow with offices in Helsinki and Turku serving clients in Finland and internationally.
Focus
The company’s communications and marketing are guided by a content marketing plan that defines target groups, themes and content types. In autumn 2024, the plan needed a refresh to better align with updated business goals, the company’s renewed strategy and the prioritisation of key services.
How we helped
We planned and facilitated a workshop with Grant Thornton’s business and marketing teams to sharpen the goals, audiences and themes of the content strategy. Together, we refined focus areas, brainstormed new content ideas and prioritised channels and formats.
Based on the workshop, we updated the content plan to fully align with the company’s commercial objectives and built a foundation for the annual marketing calendar and content roadmap. We also continued as a sparring partner, helping define content by service area and schedule future production.
