Lapland Hotels & Safaris is a family-owned Finnish travel group offering authentic northern experiences, with roots deep in the fells of Lapland. The group consists of Lapland Hotels – Finland’s largest privately owned hotel chain, Lapland Safaris – the Nordics’ leading activity company, and Lapland Ski Resorts.

The communications strategy supports Lapland Hotels & Safaris’ overall business goals — growing brand recognition, reinforcing its core values and strengthening brand attributes across the group.

How we helped

Darling is Lapland Hotels & Safaris’ media relations partner. Our work combines strategic communications planning with hands-on execution. Together with the in-house marketing and communications team and business units, we develop and implement an annual communications plan defining key goals, metrics, core messages and processes. The plan also includes a monthly communications calendar guiding daily actions.

Our ongoing collaboration covers communications planning and coordination, media relations, reputation management, measurement and reporting — as well as strategic sparring and advisory support.
